MeDlorBNC:
 

Features: 
IRC PROXY(bouncer) for single connections written in Java. 
+for single connections only
+stays online even when the user disconnects (just like muh)
+password protection
+message logging when user is disconnected
+online view/erase commands for the message log
+virtual host support

Installation:
+install java
+untar the install_tarfile(will create directory "MeDlorBNC/")
+change the $Classpath=$CLASSPATH:<path to "MeDlorBNC/">:
  (eg. CLASSPATH=/usr/lib/java/lib/classes.zip:/home/medlor/java/)
+edit MeDlorBNC/mbnc.cfg
+cd to MeDlorBNC/
+start with "java MeDlorBNC.MeDlorBNC"

Additional Remarks:
+works under linux and win(nothing more tested but should work)
+"virtual host" needs to be case sensitive
